I checked for updates for both the JBL Flip 4 Stereo and Realtek High Definition Audo which relted in a message indication the latest and greatest drivers were already installed. If I click on the second speak icon, which is for my built in or headphone connection, then the B&O "listening experience" equalizer does effect the output sound. If I choose the Bluetooth speak, the equalizer (click on listening experience) has no effect on the sound comeing from the bluetooth speaker. One is for the Bluetooth connected speak and the other is for my built in speakers. On the first screen of the B&O app I see two (2) "speaker" icons. I didn't really make any changes in an effort to make this work. So, I can't say for sure that the issue started occuring as a reslut of any Microsoft or HP updates. I just purchased a new JBL Flip 4 Bluetooth speaker and am using it for the first time. I am running the latest and greatest version of Windows 10. Yet if I disconnect the Bluetooth speaker from the ENVY (connected via Bluetooth) and then connect it to the ENVY via the headphone jack, then the B&O app DOES affect
